A couple of weeks ago Mike Hsu made the claim that his daughter, Chloe, made the best mac-n-cheese in the world. He was called out by Mike and Shannon Rice of Webster, MA. Thus was the catalyst of the first Pike mac-N-Cheese Off. We brought in a panel of expert judges and Adam Webster and they battled it out. The real winner was everybody that was there eating mac-n-cheese at 8:30 in the morning.
